Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Weaves of India, we strive to deliver products of the finest quality rooted in the rich heritage of Indian textiles. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed for dispatch.

To cancel an order, please contact us via email at services@theweavesofindia.com or through WhatsApp at 9310291955, 9310360648 with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

Currently, we do not accept returns on any products. This is to maintain the authenticity and hygiene of the handcrafted textiles we offer. We aim to revise this policy in the future to serve you better.

3. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although we conduct strict quality checks, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, we offer a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• You must provide clear photographs of the item showing the issue via email or WhatsApp.
• Once the issue is verified, a refund will be initiated, or a replacement will be dispatched based on your preference.

Note: We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if the claim is found to be invalid or due to misuse or negligence.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay.

Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

• Orders cancelled after 12 hours of placement.
• Minor color or pattern differences due to photography or screen resolution.
• Buyer’s change of mind after order dispatch.
• Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.
