2. Eligibility

We welcome all users to our website. There are no age restrictions to browse or purchase from our store. However, we assume that all users are capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable laws.

3. Products and Services

The Weaves of India offers curated collections of traditional Indian textiles including sarees and fabrics from across the country. Product descriptions, colors, and images are provided to the best of our ability. However, minor differences due to lighting or screen settings may occur.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days.
• We use dynamic shipping partners depending on service availability and delivery location.
• We currently offer domestic shipping within India only. International shipping is not supported at this stage.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed for dispatch. To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.

7. Return and Refund Policy

At this stage, we do not accept returns. All sales are final unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

If eligible, a full refund or replacement will be initiated after review. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, product designs, and branding—is the property of The Weaves of India and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Weaves of India shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products. We make no warranties beyond those required under applicable law.
